AP MLC Elections On July 3, Results On July 7
Nominations will be accepted from June 9 to 16, they will be scrutinized on June 17, and withdrawals will be allowed till June 19.

Elections for 12 MLC seats under the MLA quota in Andhra Pradesh will be conducted on July 3, State Electoral Officer Bhanwar Lal said.
In a press conference at his chamber, Lal stated that a notification would be issued on June 9, and the results would be announced on July 7 after a counting of the votes polled.
Nominations would be accepted from June 9 to 16, they would be scrutinized on June 17, and withdrawals would be allowed till June 19, he said.
He also said that any transfers of employees in the districts involved should be done complying with the election norms.
The number of vacant MLC seats district-wise is as follows: two each in Krishna, Vishakapatnam and Guntur, and one each in Ananthapur, Chittoor, Prakasham, Vijayanagaram, East Godavari and Kurnool.
Referring to the Revanth Reddy episode, he said that a report submitted by the Telangana State ACB was sent to Central Election Commission.
