The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

The thing is Evry time manhole was flowing the dirty water has flowing on the road and it's comes in to houses it's very bad smell kindly react as soon as possible nd solve the problem...

Sir ,Iam living in h.no2-2-185/56/8.There is water logging problem in front of my house since long long time .I brought this to the notice of local ghmc superwiser Mr.Ravi whose tel.no.is 7386656549.He never cared to rectify my problem.One and a half year ago ghmc laid asfalt road in our street .after this water used to logg in front of immediate aboove my house .For this the same superwiser Mr.Ravi came with labour and cut the newly laid road and made a nala so that water directly comes and loggs in front of my house.even after repeated requests he did not take care to solve my problem.I requested him to find out a wat so that water does not logg in front of anybodys house.there was no result of my request.Hence ai sincerely request to look in to this problem any provide releaf to this long standing problem. Sir, we are the residents of jillelaguda, Sri venkateswara colony. Door no. 10-156/3. One person illegally have put in speed breaker without any govt. Permission, it is causing trouble for us, as water getting logged in that place and stagnant water welcoming mosquitoes and diseases. We request you to remove that illegal and unwanted speed breaker.

Respected sir iam residing in Ravindra Nagar AsifNagar Hyd . Nampally Constution. In my area road is not totally kacha raod all holes up and downs due to rainy season rain water and drinage water storing at holes due to that bad water to much mosquitoes dungue fevers cmng and this is coraona period .No officer and political parties are interfering Iam requesting u to solve the problem. Sir myself mahalakshmi iam in need of some help from ghmc end, actually iam facing some problem. Drainage problem, there is drainage Infront of my house every one use that drainage if we say not to use drainage for washing dishes, clothes throughing wastage in it there are fighting with us, we were feedup telling them to use there washroom instead of drainage but nobody listen to us. Sir I request you people to take out that drainage from Infront of my house. I need some help from you people y because literally we were facing many problems like mostiquoes, bad smell. Due to that mostiquoes, bad smells everytime me and my family members are facing health issues. Sir please do need full.

Dear sir , I would like bring to your notice, I stay at H.No:2-4/123/1/55&56, Road.No.10,Seven hills colony ,Swaroopnagar,Uppal, at my colony the road was blocked by the residents (Mr.Srinivas & Mr.Mallareddy) with construction released materials and by parking four & two wheelers on either side of the road from one month and making great havoc and nightmare to colony people.Please look into the matter and take action against the road blockers it will be a lesson to others. , Thank you, yours faithfully.

I am reading in the news papers that the Govt of Telangana spending crores of rupees on Harithaharam project in which the municipal authorities have to do tree-plantation programs in all its circles to bring greenary atmosphere.
But in Chanchalguda under Malakpet Constituency where I am living there was no tree-plantation programme was organised so far while at many places I heard this programme was launched by any one Minister or famous leader.
Why the chanchalguda localities block 16 in wich ward nos. 3, 4, 8 are there are ignored.
Beside it whatever public beneficiary programs organised by GHMC are not meant to this locality.
Kindly look into this matter and do in positive manners.

Respected Sir,
I am the resident of Sri Srinivasapuram, Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad-500070 and on 4-7-2020, in St.No.9 North, Opp to Plot No.373 a 10 years old street shade tree which is planted by GHMC is cutted down completely by Plot No.373 residents and it is complainted byme to Gurram Guda FRO Sri Vishnu and he colluded with them and I hope he might have and taken any action and he revealed the photographs and numbers of complaint to the tree cutters which created misundustanding between the residents of that stree.
You can See till today 12-7-20 the tree is not removed and it is creating trouble to the residents of that street.
The FRO Sri Vishnu is adamantly replying that I should report to the GHMC and not to the FRO and I have the evidence of telephonic conversation of that FRO and He ask me to complaint to any one as I can and he is justifying himself after/for revealing the photographs of the scene and phone numbers of complainant and street residents to the accused. The Concerned FRO is justifying himself that he is not the concerned and I have to make a complaint to GHMC.
Please make an enquiry with the street residents and take action against the concerned.
