GHMC 24x7 Grievance Cell: 155304

Citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider,
Hyderabad | 1st January 2013
The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

Sir I have given complaints regarding the turmoil and the mental torture we out going through with the huge open space exactly opposite to our house being used as a
GARBAGE DUMPING YARD
And
PUBLIC TOILETS.

Our neighbors and the adjacent lane residents are using it as a garbage dumping yard and by rest as a public toilet.

May be the owners are not been told by their workers of our plight we are facing with the horrific side effects because of dumping of the garbage being done from their end.

Well I am enclosing you the photos of my mother who is a senior citizen got very badly affected because of the constant dirt and garbage being dumped.

These skin rashes and the allergy caused to my mother is purely by the garbage and the other dirt being dumped.

Well I am sure it will get spread to others members of our family and also to others families residing in the same vicinity.

Well sir I don

Too much plastic covers are being used and using in Hyderabad. Recently we moved from Bangalore to Hyderabad and went to buy vegetables hardly people are carrying their own bags, due to some reasons we dint start cooking for initial few days so ordered food from outside, too many plastic covers wrapped we are shocked and thinking are we eating food or plastic. Bangalore government strictly kept a rule not use plastic covers which is good for our health. I feel this government should also take very serious action on th use sage of plastic and on the people who are manufacturing covers and selling. And one more suggestion in waste collection. Even though government initiated this step long back on collection of dry and wet waste, distributed dustbins on the same for waste separation but still it's not followed properly. Imposing a rule by government for society development is very important in the same way following the same by people and being monitored by government is also important.

My humble request to municipal corporation people to take immediate action on use sage of plastic covers..

Greetings of the day!
To,
The GHMC
I would like to bring to your notice that there is no proper garbage throwing facility here in Bandlaguda ,Ismail nagar. People are throwing their wastes on empty lands and plots which is leading to unhygienic environment and tons of mosquitoes.
There is no garbage box set up anywhere in Ismail nagar. More over a van comes to collect the garbage at home once in a week.
The other issue of this area is the roads are very dirty and full of wastes everywhere as the GHMC sweepers come once in a blue moon and do their job reluctantly.
We humbly request you to take an immediate action over these problems.
Thank you in advanced for all your efforts.

Evidence of the neglect I mentioned in my previous post. Sewage bubbling up from a manhole on Tarnaka Main Road.
The flow continues down the sloping street number 7 up to the road parallel to Tarnaka Main Road.
You can see the pictures and videos on Facebook.

On February 19, 2016 I posted the following on Facebook:

The attached pictures show sewerage pipes overflowing next to Tarnaka Chaurasta. Residents of Tarnaka have been living with this problem for years, with no relief even during the time the Mayor was herself a resident there. Will the new dispensation in GHMC take notice and provide relief?
I followed up with another post on February 19, 2020:
The question at the end of my four year old post has been answered. The answer is 'NO'.
There is no change, whatsoever. I have never seen the ward councillor going round to see the conditions or gather the views of the residents. We have to await the next elections for a darshan of the worthy.
Wait for my next post on the subject - maybe it will be after another four years from now!

Dear sir/madam

This is to inform you that, A road has been blocked adjacent to my home as one of our neighbours have constructed a small form of speed breaker due to which the water gets stagnant and causes unessessary mosquitos. and also blocked the way by parking the private vehicles due to which people are facing problem as this is the way for routine flow of vehicles.
So I kindly request you to address the problem as early as possible.
Will be waiting for your response.
