The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

Good evening. As I am nishanth. resident at karwan.
This complaint is regarding a food stall near mallepalli, Hyderabad. I had 2 very bad experiences.
1st. Is once we had tiffin with that food stall we got chopped cockroach in the food. We tried to discuss with the owner but he did not respond and threaten us by using local leaders name. And we left from there. after few days I was passing through that road when I reached in front of that stall something like powder in air flued and went in to my eyes. Then again when we asked the owner he behaved very rude with me and tried to attack me with his workers. I approached police but they did not co-operate. And the food stall is completely on the road side, Which is illegal, Hope you will take a serious action against them. Even I tried to call GHMC Toll free number but it is showing invalid

Sir, l am a resident of Vijaynagar colony RBI colony, l am informing on behalf of my neighbours also there is lots n lots of doggies in this area most of the Time shouting even in the day time children are scared, there is a non vacant house in that All the dogs are staying and barking even in the day time. Sweepers are cleaning in the morning not properly but all the dust is scattered all over when the school children are going to school and they are developing allergies,all the plants n garbage is still there the person who is collecting these is not picking from my side of lane, l request you to look into this matter fast

dear ghmc dogs division. i wold like to give complsain about the dogsin our aerea
(new nallakynta)- hyderabad - 500 044)which we are facing from long time. the street dogs in our aerrea have become too dangeroous
, and rescpiallyin ythe nightsther are batre batrking too much which we we are facing a big distyurnbanc
re and unable to sleep from long time. it is highly appreciated if you preople can catch them
there are many street cdogsin our lane where we are unable to WAL. IT IS HIGHLY APPRECIATED IF YOU PEOPLE CAN TAKE OF THEM BY CATCHING THEM and can give us a propre sleep in the nights

Hello sir I'm resident of BHEL MIG 2 VIDYUTHNAGAR road no 13 it comes under Tellapur municipality from Saturday 16-11-2019 there is drainage leakage at my house keep on calling ( called supervisor & engineer) but there is no response from the municipal department , hope atleast complaining her the problem will get solved hope so

Dear Sir/Madam,

It is to bring your kind attention that the iron fencing that was used to protect plant. Now it became a big tree (Ficus Religiosa) ravi chetty and started suffering from the iron fencing, as iron is merging into the tree and preventing the growth/expansion of the tree. You may kindly depute the concerned staff to remove the fencing, so that the tree can grow happily.

Location: it is just infront of Hormony Honda Showroom/Service center, Lingampally.

Hi sir,i am writing this complain because of tree which is been planted in front of my house in bapu ghat near golconda....now this tree became huge and surrounded with all types of electric wires and which can fell anytime.....pls remove this tree from here...it will save many houses and families....thank you...

Hello sir/madam am daily travelling from mehandipatam bus stop in evening time the whole bus stop is occupied by local fruit sellers when any one asked them that please keep yours fruit vehicles. Slightly side they unite and stand for fight and they are abusing to poeples please do something about this we are facing everyday this probleme

I hope I request to clear our area problem.
The problem is at moula ali area surrounding around 5 to 6 kms the coco cola company people realease gas in day time around 6pm every day we have lot of problems with this we cant able to stay out side very big problem for us some people are suffering with diseases. As per rule i think after 10pm they should release the wastege gas and my suggestion is plz shift the company to city outscuts otherwise many people vl suffer different diseases. If the govt employee is true citizen they will 100 percent help us or else we do different way

Respected Sir/ Madam.
This is to bring to your kind notice/ attention that cleaning and sweeping every Lane and by lanes are done regularly but the stretch from H.nos 15- 104 to 115- 104/4 is not being done even sand collected during the rains are left unattended and Vehicle s are skidding due to the accumulated sand.

It is very sad that we have selfish leaders who don't bother of their neighbors who are Sr. Citizens.

Please instruct the Staff in charge to take up the cleaning regularly as we are also the Citizens of Greater Hyderabad .

I am residing chandanagar when came to chandanagar main road for shopping there no parking place on main road total parking plaCe occupied by street vendor like tiffin, fruit shop, chat bandar, fastfood center last my 2 challan of my car on no parking in chandanagar plz solve this problem
