FLO Launches National Job Fair In Secunderabad

The FICCI Ladies Organization (FLO) today launched its first-ever National FLO Job Fair, at the Avinash College of Commerce, Secunderabad.

This initiative aims at providing direct access to skilling and employment opportunities for job-seekers.

The job fair was supported by DEET (Digital Employment Exchange of Telangana), whose extensive database helped amplify outreach and connect relevant job seekers with suitable employers.

Key corporate participants include PayTM, JustDial, HDFC, Insurance Saathi, Brilliant Biopharmaceuticals, VisionTek, Polmon, Dr Rao's ENT and Creamstone.

The participating companies offered roles across various departments including accounts, sales, digital marketing, microbiology, administration and design.

The event was inaugurated by Hari Chandana Dasari, IAS, District Collector, Hyderabad, along with Pinky Reddy, Past FLO National President, and Kamini Saraf, FLO National Vice Chairperson.

Pinky Reddy reflected on the organisation's 43-year journey, and said, "This is a landmark moment for FLO. For the first time, we are bridging aspiration and opportunity in a structured, scalable manner. It is inspiring to see such alignment between purpose and action."

Prathibha Kunda, Chairperson of FLO Hyderabad, said that it was a matter of pride that Hyderabad was hosting the very first edition of this national drive.

J Rajeshwar Reddy, Director of DEET, shared that the government's digital job portal had enrolled 90,000 job seekers and 1,500 employers.
