The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

Dear Sir,

Sub: Drainage Complaint.

We are from Committee members of the Aditya Sunshine gated community , Kondapur, near Cyber convention centre & NVK tennis Academy, Hyderabad-500 084.
we would like to inform you that for the last one week drainage was blocked the man whole near the Lane outside our community, causing blocking of the drain water in side the community. All our residents are suffering the unbearable bad smell inside the community due to overflowing drains inside our community. This un hygienic and unhealthy conditions leading to viral fever as well as we are unable to move on the street near Aditya Sunshine.

Kindly instruct the concerned the GHMC People to clear the blocked drain on emergency basis.

The drainage water is over flowing from manhole in front of The Ocean ABM School, Akbar Bagh, Malakpet, Hyderabad from 25th June, 2019 to till now which is causing very inconvenient to the School Children, the public passing through this road.

The GHMC WORKERS of our area ( CHANDRAYANGUTTA BARKAS NEAR OBAID MASJID ) is not on time she doesn't collect the garbage at proper time NOT even on alternate days and above on that she ask for extra money
Please replace her with good worker all the people are facing lots of inconvenience

Please replace them as soon as possible

Hello Sir i am from Nehru Nagar kachiguda near santoshi mata temple. The hygenic condition in our area is worst as the street is full of rubbish and there is no sweeper / cleaning job done. We have a government school in area the small kids have to access the school through the rubbish. I had even passed the information along with the pictures to the area MLA too. Kindly instruct the concern persons to do the needful.

I am from ammerpet 7_1_451/1 ammerpet (9885537171) near to satyam theater opp to hdfc bank facing lot of inconvenience due to drainage over flow on the road and got mixing up with the drinking water as well as unable to walk on the road .we request you to solve the problem as earliest as possible since we are facing this problem since past two months even after complaining repeatedly no one is solving the problem please do the needful help

Help sir,
Myself sandeep dubey from langra house bapu ghat facing problem with drinking water from past 10 days nobody has solved this issue as drainge line got mixed up with drinking line. All complains are in vain. No one to solve this as we are suffering a lot with drinking water as well as with electricity issue too.
I would like to request you to solve this issue of drinking water as soon as possible you can.

The website is not user friendly at all.

Hyderabad; Cyherabad and all technical associations are not the truth to this city.

I had complained about street lamps not glowing and no street lamps in some part of the Raghav kalyan estate 11th street about a month back.

I immediately got a message with complaint number. I had raised 4 complaints

After about 2 weeks I got a call from one electrician asking the whereabouts and actual location of the complaint
after about 3 weeks I got a message that the complaint is resolved for one of the complaints - I presumed it was for street lamp and I had checked that evening but a few lights were not glowing.

I called the JE/AE Ms. Reshma, She sent the electrician who had attended the complaint but still not able to resolve as it does not pertain to his jurisdiction. .

Who should now bell the cat? The citizen or the GHMC representatives?

I again spoke to Mr. Maheswar DE,, he had directed me to one Mr. Srikanth AE.

all efforts still in vain.

First the given number of your 24/7 grievance cell doesn't work at all and if i give a complain will you people solve it . OK then i have tried reaching your number for many times but doesn't . I stay in bapunagar which is in amberpet beside street of anjaneyya Swamy temple ,hyderabad the problem is 2 street lights from this street are not working since one week. Aged persons , small children are suffering due to no street light if you can do something as soon as possible.
