The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

Over all good GHMC wish you happy divali i am resident of 11-2-457/1 small complaint against the street light since last TEN days daily morning & evening in my lane one street light not working as i reqested one Mr Srinivas Reddy it seems he ic incharge of yhis area till 17-10-17 he promised to rectify finally to day festival being Sr citizen i personaly wrnt to office at NAMALAGUNDU communoty hall where your office I met Mr Srinivas Reddy as today is Festival to put nee blub he has assurrd yo do unfortunatly today also not attended we request you sir kindly look nto my complaint and replace bulb by 19/10/17 as the children wii celbetate festival in lights Thank you sir

Hi GHMC Team,

We are from Vidya nagar, Ameenpur Road, Chanda nagar.

People(wastage/garbage collecting) are collecting 70/- rupees for each month from each house. They are quarreling with family ladies. They are collecting money based on stairs (like 50,60,70). Is it officially declared to give money from each family. Are they are not getting salaries from GHMC or not.

Can you please take any action on this.

Dear Sir,

Drainage water is flowing near Khajaguda ie,. between Sunshine Hospital & Timber Lake for the past two weeks but no action has been taken taken by GHMC as of now.
This waste water is getting mixed with Lake water and getting odd smell, and even roads are also getting damaged.Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.

After the government has changed in our colony no sanitation people are working properly, they are not cleaning mories properly in our street, the mories are smelling like any thing there are so many childrens in that colony, I have met Corporator personally and explained the situation even he knows it very well but no one is not responding.

Sir,

Every time when rain comes , our street ( street no 2 , Opposite Hanuman temple , Padma colony, Beside Shankermutt , Nallakunta , , Hyderabad ) is completely water logged and no proper action is taken by GHMC to resolve the issue , no proper drainage system done for rain water flow. Due to stagnant water / garbage there is always fear of spread of dengue , malaria and other dangerous diseases. the situation getting more degraded.

Specifically , Due to recent rains in Hyderabad, there was stagnant water and we have to inhale bad smell and even kids are not able to play in front of the houses due to stagnant water and bad smell. it is difficult for citizens to move in the night time .In-spite of repeated requests to munciple supervisors the problem remains the same which is a great health hazards. Hoping that severe and proper steps/actions/measures will be taken for the benefits of the people and citizens. I hope that the esteemed authority will sort this problem.

the garbage from the naala due to rain is not lifted even after mulitple requests. the garbage is still lying on roads from last few months.

My grievance number 2017-09-W361379 ... regarding street lights not working at Birla Mandir and B M Birla science Museum are not working... The complaint was not attended so far the Visitors , School children and the staff are facing difficulties.. As your department is sending SMS the the complaint is attended is just a fake feedback... Non of your staff works in time ... do attend the complaint Immediately.. else this issue will be taken in to higher Authorities. .....AO , BM Birla Science Centre.

Dear GHMC,
This is from telecom nagar gachibowli. Firstly congratulations and thank you for your successfull journey. I am really appreciating your work and effort to make healthy and beautiful hyderabad.

But it is very unfortunate to inform you that in your administration, the garbage lifting person is always forcing us and demanding money every month from every flat and house to lift the garbage at apartment gate.

I requested earlier also regards this but still I didn't see any difference or action taken. I think it wasn't came to your notice earlier. I requesting you please train them and order them not to take/collect money to lift garbage.

They making spoil name of officers as well GHMC administration.

Please let me know if you want to take photos or videos regarding this? I will help you.

How much you want you pay amount to garbage collectors?
Jow many houses/flats under GHMC? What is tge income getting any data?

Manhole is leaking and overflowing continuously since one week from 04.10.2017 in papireddy Nagar, road no 8, b block, jagadgirigutta creating lot of inconvenience to public and a health hazard.Arrange to rectify immediately.

We are suffering to Travailing regularly from Ghandhi Bhavan road to Dimound Jublie High School and Also to CCLA office Due to Construction under Slum area and under the people using for unsocial activities like Playing Cards & Drinking etc. college students , school children's and women's suffering there area people are block the road antisocially without permission,. Kindly take a legal action and do needful help to society.
