The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

My complaint is regarding bad roads,near Vasanthapuri colony, malkajgiri. Days, weeks and years are passing away but there is no progress for proper roads. Please do needful things as early as possible, every one are suffering to travel...

I am here penning down my grief and sorrow pleading you to intervene and stop the nuisance created using loud speakers mounted on a 3 storey building by the Pochamma temple authorities in Srivenkateshwara officers colony Rkpuram secbad 500056.They blast them from 6am till 11am and then from 5pm till late night 10. The Neredmet police do nothing about it in spite of repeated complaints . We literally are living in hell with no rest or peace . Please act on this matter I beg you . Please please please.

People are keeping all dismantle material on footpath and road near H.No 11-4-166 A.H.Residency Apartment RedHills Near Niloufer Masjid. Which is giving a lot of trouble while bringing car and motor bike from that road almost 75% of the road is covered by their material and I thing in some days they start a shop on that footpath and road. GHMC should take immediate steps to stop such practice.

Dear ghmc
This is regards to garbage next to our apartment in open land...since years the place is not cleaned and in result .. Foul smell is out and too many Mosquitos and flies which is causing huge stress on us ... Falling sick because of this..requesting you kindly look into this and solve the problem.. Address 2-2-1130/15 vnr residency shivam road , Hyd 500044 .next to the appartmrnt you will see open land full of garbage...

Sir I have registered my complaint and my token number is 1661.i am facing lot of problems due leakage of drainage at our premises which is only due to filled up govt manholes. Every second day it's blocking and this time due to heavy rains even our water sump is full of drainage leakage water. Kindly help us in living a healthy life.

Hello sir,
Im krishna, from nmdc road number 4, east anand bagh. due to recent rains & bundla Chevuru , all our road ( our houses ) are with heap of mud, sand, garbage. ghmc people are seeing and going but to not at all cleaning the road.
other wise epidemic will spread .

Dear sir,
My name isRamakrishna Jaladi, DGL&L (rtd.) Min of Shipping. I complaints to GHMC regarding to conversion of balconies into toilets and wash rooms by Shri Paresh Patel , 303 Jaganresidency, Padmaraonagar, beside sai temple, Secunderabad, 500025, I am residing in the same complex in the 4th floor. As far as I know Toilets to be constructed at the dedicated place in multi-storey buildings ... perhaps Ghmc may also have the same rules. Earlier occasion I complained on the said issue. I also spoke to Asst. Commissiner, he was quick enough to deputy an official,. Unfortunately an assistant to an asssistant supervisor came and inspected and spoke to the flat owner for some time and left. What he spoke and what happened there, not known .. but ultimately nothing happened and toilet and wash rooms are still there and it's water water is spilling and there is Possibility of mixing with rain water cannot be ignored.
I don't know whether it is right to state or not, still I record , at the end of street no.2 I noticed a kirana shop s right on the road and also corner housebeside the said kirana shop enchroched atleast 2.5 meters of road cum platform. Is it with the knowledge of GHMC ... my problem is it is very difficult to drive vehicle as almost both sides of the narrow 20 feet road vehicles are parked. Better a reposible officer visits the area.....
