Citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider,

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

The no is very helpfull to me in solving road side debris and trees wheedle ...some people r coming with covers dust and throwing near & opp to my house ... and toddy shop Auto Wallas with women coming hiding in bushes doing all illegal activities and police keeping them self silence over ...today time also autowallas & cars parking opp to gate making nuisance..pl clear the trees and bushes or put cc road over the foot path .

Hi Sir,
Thank you for the timely service provided.
I have a concern regarding the garbage collectors.
I understand that they are being salaried by the municipality.
However they still demand money of 100/- per house per month. We are an Apt of 6 houses. So they get an additional pay of 600 from my Apt.Similarly there are 5 apts of 15 houses each.
They pay 1500 per Apt.
Totally from my lane the garbage collector earns 8100 per month just from my lane of 6 Apts.

Is it permissible!? Kindly help us resolve this issue.
Request you to response on this issue as all the colonies are facing the same acroos the city.

Please advice them what is to be done as per the municipal rules and policies.

Dear sir/madam

My self imtiyaz Khan, there was some construction going on in front of my house but construction work has been stopped from last 1 month the problem which we all lane people are facing is all kachra dust rocks and mud (reti) is on road, lane breadth is 15fit but due to this construction materials now lane breadth is 5fit we are facing huge problem with this like difficulties to pass vehicles and four wheelers please do some thing sir when we spoke to owner he said the kachra mud is in front of my house area. Address is AL-JUBAIL COLONY beside falaknuma railway bridge opposite Saba kirana store lane. Please sir do some thing or else give him some strict warning

Dear Sir/Madam, I am a resident of Plot # 132, Baghyalatha colony, Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad. There is a vacant plot beside our house and local residents started using it as s dumping yard. When we shifted to this house in May we have informed the residents there that this will lead to increase in mosquito breeding and also stray dogs entering into the residential area. Nobody paid attention to it. Now we have more than 50 dogs that keep disturbing us and dirtying the walk area around the house during the nights and when the house is locked all the dogs occupy the lawn scaring anybody who tries to enter the house. We have our parked in front of the house and the dogs keep jumping on the top of the roof of the card throughout the day. This is creating a huge nuisance and kids scared to stay in the house. We are afraid that if we make attempts to move away them they will start biting. The whole weekend we did not have proper sleep due to the sounds these dogs were making. They are stamping and spoiling the garden area.


Please request you to take necessary action as immediately as possible.

This is to inform you that the trees which was cut by electricity department that are laying in our street which is troubling and not yet cleaned by any person and there was over a week drainage were overflowing in our area .so please help to sort us the issue Asap.

sir,
namaste, I am Vijaya Vani, retired bank officer, staying at 23-8 R.K.Nagart, Malkajgiri, Lane opp to Matrusri vidyalaya, ESI dispensary lane. ours is corner house in the lane. there was an electrical pole with street light three years ago. during rainy season that pole was uprooted and fallen in front of our house and street light also was broken. later they kept a pole but even after several requests street light was not kept on that pole. since that pole is in the turning corner of our street, and there is railway wall in our street we require street light on that poll very essentially. during night time since it is dark many unknown people are gathering there doing lot of mischief. please understand and install a street light immediately on that poll. this is in the ESI dispensary lane leading to culvert under repair near brahmakumari meditation centre. my contact no. is 9440567928. trusting that sincere officials of your depart ent will attend this immediately.

The sewage man hole in Road No. 7-C, New Maruthinagar, Kothapeta is overflowing for the last 15 days. It has to be repaired.

the 3 street lights on road no 4 subramaniam swamy temple road west marredpally secunderabad has not been functioning since the past 3 months the whole area is plunged in total darkness
