YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy's health began to deteriorate as his indefinite fast entered the fourth day on Tuesday.
Jagan, who began his fast on Saturday at his YSRCP headquarters at Lotus Pond in Jubilee Hills, was subjected to several medical tests. Although his condition was described to be normal till Monday, doctors on Tuesday opined that his BP, sugar levels, and pulse levels are going down.
The YSRCP chief went on an indefinite strike in protest against the Union Cabinet's decision to bifurcate Andhra Pradesh to carve out a separate Telangana state. (INN)
