Despite deterioration in health, YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy has been continuing his indefinite fast, which entered the fifth day today.
Jagan, who began his fast at the party headquarters at Lotus Pond in Jubilee Hills last Saturday, in protest against the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh, is reportedly suffering from fever and dehydration. Further, it seems that he has been complaining of headache and backache to the team of doctors who conducted multiple tests on him. The doctors said that Jagan's sugar levels have seen a serious dip.
However, Jagan has refused to take fluids and medicines, and has announced that he would continue his fast till the Centre withdraws its decision to divide the state to carve out Telangana. (INN)
