The CBI special court has reserved till April 27 its verdict on the petitions filed by Y S Jaganmohan Reddy and Vijaya Sai Reddy regarding the multiple chargesheets filed by the CBI.
The hearing in this case was completed on Wednesday, and the court reserved its judgment
Jagan's counsel had contended that every FIR must have a a single trial and a single chargesheet, and quoted the Supreme Court's rulings in this regard.
THe Additional Solicitor General said that the government would file a final chargesheet soon. (INN)
