Wild Applause For KCR At Jagan's Coronation
The Telangana CM, who attended the swearing-in of Jagan today in Vijayawada as the CM of AP, received a thunderous applause as he spoke.

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, who attended the swearing-in of Y S Jaganmohan Reddy today as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, congratulated the latter through his public address at the mammoth function.
KCR received a thunderous applause as he addressed the crowd.
The Telangana Chief Minister said, "This is a very important day, and lays the seed for the two Telugu States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh to prosper. I have full faith in your capabilities as a leader, which were evident through these nine years. You have the guts and the calibre to steer AP towards being a welfare State. I am sure that you will uphold the name of your father late Dr Y S Rajasekhar Reddy and live up to the people's expectations just like he did. There is enough scope for the two Telugu States to grow together and achieve a higher scale of development now have to work together."
He said that the people had given a huge mandate to Jagan. "At a young age, he has to shoulder big responsibilities," KCR said. Jagan however would rule AP for at least three to four terms, and create history with his welfare work, KCR added.
The Telangana CM also said that the new leadership in AP would sow the seeds for a cordial relationship between the two Telugu States with love, affection and mutual cooperation, and said that he was willing to extend the cooperation of the Telangana government to the new CM.
"On behalf of Telangana government and its people, I extend my greetings to Jagan to achieve his goals and follow in the footsteps of his father. The people have given the YSRCP their mandate, and now we have to move by shaking hands and not by swinging swords," KCR said.
The Telangana CM also said that a great responsibility on hand for the two governments right now was the optimum utilisation of the Krishna waters. It was time to overcome the issues in sharing the waters by addressing the concerns of one another, he said.
