The CBI special court granted a 13-day interim bail to Nimmagadda Prasad, an accused in the VANPIC case, so that he can attend his father-in-law's funeral.
On Thursday, the CBI special court granted interim bail to Nimmagadda Prasad, an industrialist who has been listed as an accused in the VANPIC Land Allotment case.
Following a petition submitted by Nimmagadda, the court granted him interim bail for 13 days to attend his father-in-law Rao Prakash's funeral.
However, the court directed him not to communicate with anyone except family members and to stay out only between 8:00am to 6:00pm. The court also ordered him not to leave the city. (INN)
