The Telangana Rashtra Samithi has postponed the two-day politburo meeting which was to be held at Karimnagar from November 5.
According to sources, the meeting has been postponed as party president K Chandrasekhar Rao was unwell. The meeting is now proposed to be held on November 7 and 8th. The TRS leaders including the MPs and MLAs are likely to discuss the prevailing political situation in the state with regard to Telangana.
The TRS politburo is also likely to discuss the Telangana March, the union cabinet expansion and the recent statements of national leaders over the Telangana issue. The decision to formally invite senior TDP leader Harishwar Reddy to join the TRS is also likely to be taken by the politburo. (INN)
