Telangana Political JAC convener Prof M Kodandaram made it clear that the JAC was not favourably inclined towards one particular party or group, and that it would give importance to all the organisations associated with the statehood cause.
Prof Kodandaram was referring to allegations leveled by Telangana Nagara Samiti president and Nagarkurnool MLA Nagam Janardhan Reddy stating that TRS was preventing his entry into the JAC.
Speaking on the same vein, Kodandaram said that the JAC was a representative body of all organisations fighting for the cause of Telangana and that everyone would get equal importance.
Talking to reporters during a rally organized by the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, BJP's youth wing, from Sundaraiah Park to Indira Park here on Sunday, he said that equal weightage would be given to all leaders, irrespective of their political affiliations, if they were sincere towards Telangana. He also demanded that the Centre introduce the Telangana bill in the budget session of Parliament.
BJP leaders Bandaru Dattatreya, Venkat Reddy and others took part in the BJYM rally. (INN)
