Recruitment For PET Posts By Dasara: TPCC President

Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) President and MLC Mahesh Kumar Goud today assured the Physical Education Teacher (PET) post aspirants that the recruitment process would be completed before the Dasara festival.
The aspirants met Goud at Gandhi Bhavan, urging him to expedite the recruitment for 616 PET positions as outlined in the 16/2017 Telangana Gurukulam notification issued by the TSPSC.
They expressed concerns over the previous BRS government, which issued the notification in 2017, failing to announce the results during its tenure. Upon coming to power, the Congress government prioritized the issue, announcing the results on September 19 and preparing a merit list.
However, the aspirants said, some individuals who did not make it to the merit list were attempting to delay the recruitment process by filing court cases, and urged the State government to expedite the recruitment and ensure justice for those selected on merit.
