TDP MPs Continue Dharna At Parliament

TDP MPs continue their dharna at Parliament in Delhi, in protest against the Centre's decision to bifurcate AP.

Telugu Desam Party MPs' "door step dharna" at Parliament, in New Delhi, continued today. The dharna is being staged as a protest against the Centre's decision of the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh.

Chittoor MP N Sivaprasad wore a white Gandhian cap and sang Mahatma Gandhi's shanti song "Raghupati Raghava Rajaram", with a new line of his own added - "Sonia ko Sadbhuddi De Bhagwan" - a satire on UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi's role in the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh.

Sivaprasad was accompanied by other MPs, Konakalla Narayana Rao, Modugula Venugopala Reddy and Nimmala Krishnappa. (INN)
