Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy may take the Delhi flight on Wednesday to meet Congress managers and hold parleys on the burning Telangana issue, according to official sources.
The Chief Minister went to Kurnool on Tuesday, and was scheduled to visit Chittoor district on Wednesday. However, with the Telangana agitation increasingly paralysing life in the state, the Congress High Command has summoned him to New Delhi to discuss a solution.
Several ministers from the Telangana region have already reached the national capital.
Pradesh Congress Committee President Botsa Satyanarayana is also expected to reach New Delhi on Wednesday, for discussions with the in-charge of Andhra Pradesh affairs Ghulam Nabi Azad (who is also the Health Minister).
Besides, Rajya Sabha MP K Keshav Rao and Panchayat Raj minister K Janareddy have already reached the national capital to discuss the issue with Azad. (INN)
