32 Telangana IPS Officers Transferred In Reshuffle
Senior IPS officer Devendra Singh Chauhan (1997) has been posted as Additional Director General of Police (Personnel) at the DGP office.

In a significant bureaucratic reshuffle, the Telangana government today issued orders transferring and posting 32 IPS officers across various wings of the police department.
The General Administration (SPL B) Department released the orders assigning the new postings.
Senior IPS officer Devendra Singh Chauhan (1997) has been posted as Additional Director General of Police (Personnel) at the DGP office. He will also hold full additional charge as ADGP, Multizone-II, Hyderabad.
Jt Commissioner of Police (Administration), Hyderabad City, J Parimala Hana Nutan Jacob (IPS 2009), has been transferred and posted as DIG (CID).
Several Superintendents of Police were also reassigned, including Dr Chetana Mylabathula (2013) as Deputy Director, RBVRR TGPA; K Narayana Reddy (2013) as DCP, Maheshwaram Zone, Rachakonda; and P V Padmaja (2013) as SP (Administration), Telangana Anti-Narcotics Bureau. Sneha Mehra (2018) has been posted as SP, Vikarabad. SPs and DCPs in districts such as Nagarkurnool, Mahabubabad, Komaram Bheem Asifabad, Mulugu, Jayashankar Bhupalapally and Wanaparthy were among those reassigned.
Officers from the 2017-2023 batches were given key postings as well. Chennuri Rupesh (2017) was posted as DCP, SM&I, Hyderabad. Several Additional SPs, SDPOs and ASPs were transferred, including officers who were awaiting posting. Officers from the 2021-2023 batches have been posted as SDPOs and Additional SPs across various districts.
Newly inducted IPS officers from the 2023 batch, currently serving with Greyhounds, have also been moved to field assignments.
