The reshuffle includes key postings in Hyderabad, Cyberabad and Rachakonda, and in several districts including Warangal, Khammam, Nalgonda and Karimnagar.
The Telangana government has transferred or promoted 30 Additional Superintendents of Police (Non-Cadre) across the State with immediate effect, following orders from the Director General of Police.
The reshuffle includes key postings in Hyderabad, Cyberabad and Rachakonda, and in several districts including Warangal, Khammam, Nalgonda and Karimnagar.
A Naresh Kumar, Additional DCP (Administration), Khammam, has been posted as Additional SP (Administration); and Jayashankar Bhupalpally has been posted as Additional SP (Operations & Crimes), Warangal, replacing B Kishan.
N Uday Reddy has been promoted and posted as Additional DCP, Madhapur, replacing S Jayaram, who takes over as Additional SP, TGICC, Hyderabad.
Mohd Fazlur Rahman has been transferred from the Medchal SB to serve as Additional SP, CID, Hyderabad.
A Vishwa Prasad and Golla Ramesh, who were previously on waiting, have been promoted and posted in the Medchal Zone as Additional DCP, Special Operations Teams (SOT), and Additional SP (Administration), Nalgonda, respectively.
B Ramulu Naik has been posted in Nirmal as Additional SP (Operations). U Ravinder Reddy now takes charge in Suryapet, replacing M Nageshwar Rao, who has been directed to report to the DGP's office.
