Harish Rao Urges Sangareddy To Vote For TRS
The minister, campaigning in the area for the upcoming Telangana municipal elections, called upon its people to vote for the TRS to ensure development for the area.
Finance Minister T Harish Rao today called upon people of the Sangareddy municipality to vote for the TRS to ensure development for the area in the days to come.
He told the people of the town that the TRS had four more years to rule the state, and was therefore their best bet.
Addressing gatherings as part of his ongoing election campaign in the municipality, Rao promised to personally work to develop the municipality if TRS candidates were voted to power.
He also said that on the lines of the Palle Pragati program that he claimed had developed villages, a Pattana Pragati program would be launched in the state after the municipal elections.
Adequate funds would also be spent for the development of the municipalities and municipal corporations of the state after the elections, he added.
The TRS had no alliance with any parties for the municipal elections, he also clarified.
Targeting the TRS' rivals, he said that the Congress and the BJP were reduced to a state where they did not have any candidates to fight the elections in many wards, and claimed that all 30 wards would be won by the TRS.
