Jayaprakash Narayan's allegations of IBM employees evacuating the city to escape the Telangana agitation led to Siddipet MLA T Harish Rao breaking the mike.
Telangana Gazetted Officers Association President V Srinivas Goud on Tuesday said that the Telangana leaders from the Congress party have expressed their solidarity with regard to the Telangana March scheduled to be held on September 30.
Talking to media persons after emerging from a meeting with Congress leaders at senior leader K Kesava Rao’s residence, Srinivas Goud said that the Telangana Political Joint Action Committee leaders have discussed organising the Telangana March on a large scale on the 30th of September, and have sought the support of Congress leaders. He said that the Telangana Congress MPs had assured that they would give full support to TPJAC for the Telangana March.
Goud said the Telangana March would be conducted on a grand scale despite obstacles created by the government and elements from the Seemandhra region. He emphasised that the leaders would not compromise on the Telangana March under any circumstances, and that the March would open the eyes of the leaders at the Centre and convince them to take a favourable decision towards the formation of a separate state.
