The Telangana sentiment was in show at Parliament today, with Congress leaders of the region holding placards at its entrance.
Parliament began its session today after the recess, and Telangana Congress MPs staged a protest with placards demanding a separate state.
There was lot of activity earlier in the week, with MPs closeting with TRS leaders and holding discussions with state leaders as well.
Though there was talk of some of the members crossing over to the TRS, no such decision was taken.
The protest, however, is a matter of concern, as Parliament will is expected to discuss severa; important issues, with the UPA majority standing on a very sticky wicket. (INN)
