Intermediate Results: BJP Announces Protests, Bandh
The party will stage dharnas on April 28, organize a State-wide bandh on May 2, and lay siege to Pragathi Bhavan on May 3.

Telangana BJP president K Laxman today accused Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao of playing with the futures of lakhs of Intermediate students by mishandling their examination papers.
He also faulted the State government for assigning the contract to the controversial Globarena.
Speaking to mediapersons on Saturday, the BJP leader slammed the government for being casual about the suicides of the 23 Intermediate students who were heartbroken enough by the faulty results to take the extreme step. He said that the BJP would continue to agitate till the State government dropped Education Minister G Jagadish Reddy for his "criminally negligent" functioning and until it ordered a judicial inquiry by a sitting judge into the issue.
Laxman announced that his party would stage dharnas in all the district headquarters on April 28, organize a round table by parents and intellectuals on April 29, organize a State-wide bandh on May 2, and lay siege to Pragathi Bhavan on May 3.
TJS President M Kodandaram too announced an agitation by all opposition parties, the high point of which would be laying siege to the Intermediate Board on April 29.
