Congress MLC Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy, on Sunday, ridiculed TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu's announcement about forming "Social Telangana".
Speaking to media personnel, Ponguleti said that Naidu had made several efforts to stop the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh, and had also created obstacles in the formation of Telangana.
Ponguleti said that now, Naidu is making promises of "Samajika Telangana" (Social Telangana) because he has no other choice.
He also claimed that Naidu and TDP will be rejected by the people of Telangana in the ensuing elections.
Ponguleti also condemned TRS president K Chandrasekhar Rao for his alleged remarks against Telangana PCC chief Ponnala Lakshmaiah.
He demanded that KCR tender an unconditional apology and withdraw his remarks.
Accusing KCR of following a dictatorial attitude, he said that KCR had gone back on his own promises of a TRS-Congress merger. (INN)
