The Telangana government has decided to conduct the EAMCET medical entrance examination on July 9, and announce the results on July 14.
Close on the heels of the Centre exempting State government colleges from NEET for this year by issuing an ordinance and the President giving his assent to it, the State government has got ready to conduct the much-awaited medical examination for three hours on July 9, from 10 am to 1 pm.
Health Minister Dr C Lakshma Reddy today released the schedule for the EAMCET medical entrance test. The related notification will be issued on May 28. The applications for the MBBS and BDS courses will be received online from June 1 to 7. The candidates can download their hall tickets online from July 2 to 7. Students can take the examination online.
The minister said that elaborate arrangements would be made for the smooth conduct of the examination.
