Telangana Congress Plans 3-Day Meet From Jan 20
TPCC chief Ponnala Lakshmaiah said the meeting would be attended by AICC General Secretary Digvijay Singh, AICC SC Cell Chairman Koppula Raju and others.
The Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee is planning to organise a three-day meeting to finalise the party's future strategy.
Speaking to media persons at Gandhi Bhavan, TPCC President Ponnala Lakshmaiah said that the meeting would be attended by AICC General Secretary Digvijay Singh, AICC SC Cell Chairman Koppula Raju and other Central leaders.
He said that all sitting and former legislators, MPs and other office bearers would participate in the meeting.
He said the leaders would be divided into eight groups of 15 each, and that they would discuss and fianlise the strategy on the assigned subjects.
The Congress leaders who contested the last general elections would also participate in the meeting, he said.
Ponnala said that the meeting was part of the AICC's drive to revitalise the party across the country. (INN)
