Telangana 2024 Intermediate Results Out

The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) today released the results of both the first year and the second year examinations.

Principal Secretary of Education Burra Venkatesham released the results at the TSBIE office.

About 80 lakh students appeared for the first and second year examinations put together this year. The pass percentage for the first year was reported as 60.01, and that for the second year as 64.19. This year's pass percentage is marginally lower than that in 2023.

Rangareddy district had the highest pass percentage.

Notably, female students outperformed their male counterparts in both the first and second year exams.

Among girls, the pass rate in first year exams was 68.35%, compared to 58.5% for boys.

Students can view their results on the official TSBIE website, tsbie.cgg.gov.in, as well as on results.cgg.gov.in.

According to officials, the Intermediate Advanced Supplementary Examinations will be conducted from May 24 to June 1, and the TSBIE has released the schedule for them. The first year exams will be held from 9 AM to 12 PM, and the second year exams will be held from 2 PM to 5 PM.

The fee for the supplementary examinations will be collected from April 25 to May 2 in the respective colleges. The fees for recounting and reverification also need to be paid online at the same time. The fees to be paid for recounting are Rs 100 per paper and Rs 600 for all papers.
