In spite of the best efforts of the administration to control the spread of swine flu, the dreaded disease is gradually creating a sense of fear even in the medical community.
According to reports coming in, 3 house surgeons working at Gandhi Hospital in Secunderabad, on Tuesday, displayed symptoms of the dreaded disease.
They were admitted to the hospital, while their blood smears have been sent to Erragadda Chest Hospital for confirmation.
Senior doctors treating them at the hospital stated that their condition is stable, and that there is no cause of worry.
Meanwhile, the Gandhi Hospital administration has started administrating swine flu vaccine to the hospital staff as a preventive measure, according to hospital sources.
However, patients admitted there with flu-like symptoms are complaining of inadequate services and staff in the hospital.
