The Supreme Court today declined to offer any interim relief over the summons or any action by the Enforcement Directorate against BRC MLC and Telangana CM K Chandrashekar Rao's daughter K Kavitha in a money laundering case arising out of the alleged Delhi excise policy scam.
The Supreme Court also tagged with other pleas, the petition of Kavitha seeking questioning at her residence instead of the the ED office in New Delhi since she was a woman.
A bench of Justices Ajay Rastogi and Bela M Trivedi said that it would hear that part of the petition of the BRS leader along with the similar ones of two other persons, after three weeks.
