State Assembly Session To Begin From December 10?
The Telangana Bill, which is likely to be presented before the Union Cabinet by the Group of Ministers (GoM) on Wednesday, might be the sole agenda of the next session.

The monsoon session of Andhra Pradesh State Legislative Assembly may commence from December 10.
According to sources, the officials of the State Legislative Assembly have been asked to prepare for the session, which may be convened in the second week of December.
The speculations strengthened after DCP, Central Zone, Kamalasen Reddy called on Speaker Nadendla Manohar at the latter's chamber on Tuesday afternoon.
It is learnt that they may have discussed security arrangements for the next session, which will probably be "very stormy".
The Telangana Bill, which is likely to be presented before the Union Cabinet by the Group of Ministers (GoM) on Wednesday, might be the sole agenda of the next session.
It may be mentioned that Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy, during his last visit to New Delhi, stated that it would be mandatory for him to convene the session in December as the last session was held about 6 months ago.
Considering the pace the Centre is adopting to bifurcate AP, it seems that the next session will be the last session of the united Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly.
Since the Centre is considering state's bifurcation under Article 3 of the constitution, the fate of the Telangana Bill in the Legislative Assembly would be of little significance.
Therefore, the MLAs from Seemandhra and Telangana region would be sitting together in the House for the last time.
If the Telangana Bill gets the nod of Parliament, the same Assembly building would get the distinction of hosting sessions of two Assemblies of Telangana and the residual state of Andhra Pradesh. (INN)
