Special Prayers In Chilkur Temple For Coronavirus

The Chilkur Balaji temple conducted special prayers today involving reciting the Apamarjana Stotram and the Sudarsana Ashtakam repeatedly, to seek divine help to contain the Coronavirus outbreak.

Hundreds of devotees participated in the special prayers.

With three cases now in Hyderabad, the Chilkur temple chose to conduct the special prayers.

Apamarjana Stotram is a prayer addressed to various forms of Lord Vishnu as well as the Sudarsana Chakra, to clean our bodies and minds of various sicknesses.

The Narasimha mantra was also chanted by the devotees after they recited the glory of the Sudarsana Chakra.
