Software Engineer Hangs Self Due To Wife's Torture

The police recovered a suicide letter by Sumanth Reddy in which alleged that his wife Swapna and in-laws had been mentally torturing him.

A software engineer was found hanging in his house at Attapur under Rajendranagar mandal on Saturday.

According to the local police, the victim, identified as Sumanth Reddy, an employee of HSBC, married Swapna four months ago.

The police recovered a suicide letter from the place of incident in which Sumanth alleged that his wife and in-laws had been mentally torturing him.

He also said that he did not want his wife, her cousin Srilu and uncle Raju to attend his funeral.

In his suicide note, he apologized to his parents for his act, and asked his sibling to take care of them.

The Rajendranagar police booked a case.
