Rape Case Booked Against Choreographer Jani Master

A case of rape has been registered against one of the most popular choreographers in the South Indian film industry, Jani Master, also known as Shaik Jani Basha, by the Hyderabad police.

Several key aspects of the FIR registered by the police have been revealed. According to the FIR, the survivor, a 21-year-old woman, was introduced to Jani Master in a popular dance show aired on a channel in 2017. Later, Johnny Master's team made a phone call to the girl asking her to be an assistant choreographer to him. In 2019, she joined Jani Master's team as an assistant choreographer.

Jani allegedly raped her in the hotel where he was staying when she went to Mumbai along with him and two others for a show. In her complaint, the woman also alleged that she was threatened not to tell anyone outside about the incident.

In her complaint, the woman said that even in the months after that he used to misbehave with her during shootings when she did not listen to him. She said that he also repeatedly sexually abused her, threatening to end her career if she did not cooperate. She also alleged that Jani forced her to change her religion and marry him (Jani is already married). When she did not agree to this, he attacked her by holding her hair, she claimed.

On August 28, a strange parcel was received by her and hung on the door of her house without her name. She revealed that inside the parcel box it was written "Congratulations for son be care full".

The case, which was first booked in Rayadurg police station, was later transferred to the Narsingi police station.

Meanwhile, Jana Sena Party has asked Jani, who is active in the party, to stay away from all party programs.

Jani Master is a popular choreographer in the Telugu and Tamil film industries.
