Elaborate arrangements are being made for the Iftar dinner to be hosted by the All India Minorities Forum in Hyderabad on July 5, 2014.
According to the AIMF Secretary & Convener Jabir Patel, the Iftar dinner is likely to have the participation of representatives of all political parties and many countries, and other sections of the society.
Eminent political personalities including Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh are likely to attend the Iftar dinner.
For the first time ever, the Chief Ministers of both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, K Chandrasekhar Rao and Nara Chandrababu Naidu, too, will be seen on the same platform during the Iftar dinner, he said in a press release.
Governors of different States are also likely to participate in the Iftar dinner, and Governors Ram Naresh Yadav (Madhya Pradesh), Aziz Qureshi (Uttarakhand) and Sheila Dixit (Kerala) have reportedly already confirmed their participation.
Former Union Ministers Rahman Khan and Veerappa Moily; MPs Moulana Asrarul Haque and Bandaru Dattatreyya; and some other dignitaries have also confirmed their participation.
The AIMF Iftar dinner will also have the participation of the Ambassadors of many countries.
According to Jabir Patel, this year's Iftar dinner aims at conveying the message of love, peace and communal harmony in the country. (INN)
