Traffic Curbs Around Nizam Grounds For Iftar Party

Traffic restrictions will be in place on June 26 for the Iftar dinner at the Nizam College Grounds being thrown by the Telangana government.
Hyderabad | 25th June 2016
City Police Commissioner M Mahendar Reddy today notified the following traffic restrictions on June 26 from 6pm to 8pm in connection with the Iftar dinner at the Nizam College Grounds being thrown by KCR on behalf of the Telangana government.

According to his order, vehicular traffic will not be allowed at the A R Petrol Pump Junction towards BJR statue and will be diverted towards Nampally or Ravindra Bharathi.

Traffic coming from Abids and Gunfoundry will not be allowed towards BJR Statue and the Basheerbagh junction, and will be diverted at SBH Gunfoundry towards Chapel Road.

Traffic coming from the Basheerbagh junction and going towards GPO, Abids, will be diverted at the Basheerbagh junction towards Hyderguda and the King Koti road.

Traffic coming from the Old MLA Quarters towards Basheerbagh will be diverted at the Old MLA Quarters towards the Himayatnagar Y junction.

Traffic coming from Liberty towards the Basheerbagh junction will be diverted at the Liberty junction towards Himayatnagar.

Traffic coming from the Traffic Control Room towards the Basheerbagh junction will be diverted at the Control Room towards the Nampally Road.

The Police Commissioner said the delegates and passholders would be allowed at every diversion to proceed towards the Nizam College Grounds.
