AICC leader and MP Rahul Gandhi is likely to be in the State for a tour on May 6 and 7.
On the first day, Gandhi will go to Warangal district and address a public meeting scheduled to be held at the Arts College of Warangal.
On the second day, May 7, Gandhi will take part in a meeting of the party leaders scheduled to be held at Boinepally.
The MP will also hold an interactive session with party leaders and activists, and discussions on problems being faced by the family members of Telangana martyrs, and on suicides by unemployed youth.
He will also hold an interactive session with the farmers of the State.
The party leaders from the State are claiming that the visit by Gandhi would give the much-needed fillip to the sagging morale of the cadre.
It may be noted here that Gandhi had held a meeting with the party's State leaders at the national capital last month. He had asked the leaders to leave their differences behind and work hard for the victory of the party in the next Assembly elections.
