Satya Sai Baba's Health Better
A bulletin released by the Director of Sri Sathya Sai Institute Of Higher Medical Sciences stated that there was improvement in Satya Sai Baba's health condition.
"There are signs of improvement in the functioning of his kidneys," said a bulletin released by the Director of Sri Sathya Sai Institute Of Higher Medical Sciences (SSSIHMS) on Wednesday afternoon.
This news brought relief to the millions of followers of spiritual guru Satya Sai Baba. The fervent prayers of his followers who have been worried for the past 10 days seem to have been answered.
The medical bulletin, released by Dr. A N Safaya, Director of the SSSIHMS, further said, "There are signs of improvement in the functioning of his kidneys, although he is still on dialysis."
The bulletin continued, "Sri Satya Sai Baba is in a stable state of health."
Earlier, a health bulletin on Satya Sai Baba's health, issued by the SSSIHMS, said that Baba's condition had deteriorated. Following the bulletin's release, thousands of Satya Sai Baba's devotees thronged Puttaparthi in the Anantapur district.
The police had to issue prohibitory orders under Section 144, and also had to dispatch additional forces, especially after the District Collector's car was attacked by agitated devotees who were not allowed inside the institute.
Satya Sai Baba has been in the super-speciality hospital since March 28. (INN)
