Priyanka Gandhi To Address Public Meeting At Kollapur On Oct 31
The Congress today announced that a public meeting named Palamuru Prajabheri would be held in Kollapur on October 31, and that Priyanka Gandhi would address it.

Congress working president Mahesh Kumar Goud today announced that a public meeting named Palamuru Prajabheri would be held in Kollapur on October 31, and that party leader Priyanka Gandhi would address the meeting at 4 pm.
He said that Gandhi would fly in directly to Kollapur from the Shamshabad airport.
He also said that Rahul Gandhi would also visit the State in the first week of November, and that both Priyanka and Rahul Gandhi and would participate in the second phase of the party's bus yatra.
He said that the second phase would start on October 28, and that the complete schedule of the yatra would be announced soon.
He added that party leaders Manikrao Thackre, Revanth Reddy, Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, Uttam Kumar Reddy and other senior leaders would also undertake State-level visits from October 26 and 27 to promote the six guarantee schemes of the party, and that these leaders would tour two constituencies every day.
Goud claimed that "Congress winds" were blowing in Telangana, and expressed confidence that the party would come to power in the State.
Commenting on the collapse of the Medigadda barrage, he alleged that Rs 1 lakh crore of public money was siphoned off in the name of the construction of the Kaleswaram lift irrigation project, and that ministers Harish Rao, K T Rama Rao and Kavitha were a gang of thieves that looted the State.
On the selection of the party's candidates for the Assembly elections, he said that a crucial meeting on Wednesday would be held on the issue and that the party high command would take a decision. He added that in the second phase all strong party candidates would get tickets.
"Minorities are asking for the Adilabad, Nizamabad and Mahbubnagar seats. The Congress promised to do justice to the minorities," Goud added.
