Police Issue Another Notice To MLA Kaushik Reddy

The Masab Tank police have asked the BRS MLA to appear before them on January 16 in connection with the alleged assault on the Banjara Hills PS SHO.

The Masab Tank police have issued a notice to BRS MLA Padi Kaushik Reddy in connection with an alleged assault on the Banjara Hills Police Station SHO.

The notice stated the MLA needed to appear before the police for questioning on Thursday, January 16.

However, Reddy told the police he was going to Karimnagar to appear in a court case, and offered to appear for the questioning on January 17.

A case was previously registered against Kaushik Reddy on a complaint by the SHO K M Raghavendra for allegedly obstructing the latter's duties and making threats against him. DCP Vijay Kumar appointed the Masab Bank Police Station Inspector Parasuram as the investigating officer in this case.
