Summons have also been served on senior IAS officer Y Srilakshmi, former IAS officers M Samuel and V D Rajagopal, DRO Sudarshan Reddy and Tahsildar Yellamma.
The court asked them to appear before it on January 17.

Although the charge-sheet was filed two years ago, the High Court had stayed the proceedings in the case. However, the stay was vacated recently, prompting the CBI court to begin the hearing in the case.
