TSRTC MD To Address Grievances Personally

Sajjanar asked people to write to him directly on his email and via Twitter.
Hyderabad | 3rd October 2021
The newly appointed MD of the TSRTC V C Sajjanar has decided to address the problems and grievances of the commuters and employees directly.

He asked them to send the details of their grievances directly to him to his email md@tsrtc.telangana.gov.in.

He also told them that they could interact with him through Twitter, too, and asked them to follow his Twitter handle @tsrtcmdoffice.

Sajjanar said that the commuters and the staff could also give suggestions to him to improve the services of the corporation.

The MD also requested people to send any positive feedback on the employees, like safe driving, courteous behaviour, good maintenance of vehicles and prompt responses.
