Several senior leaders of the ruling TRS have disappeared from the political scene.
Either denied a cabinet position or ignored by the party leadership, several leaders have suddenly turned inactive in the party.
Former Home Minister Nayani Narasimha Reddy, who was denied a cabinet position post in the TRS' second term and who had been active in the party during his stint as a minister, is not being seen in any party activities these days, even the important ones.
Similar is the case with former Chairman of the Legislative Council Kanakamamidi Swamy Goud and former minister Jupally Krishna Rao. These two leaders are not being seen in any party initiatives these days.
The efforts of Swamy Goud to meet the Chief Minister KCR and his son KTR didn't yield any result. Apparently pained at this, Goud has stopped taking part in any party activities. Krishna Rao has also resorted to the same after the inclusion of his political rival from Kollapur and MLA B Harshavardhan Reddy into the party.
Former minister Azmeera Chandulal is also avoiding party work. And former Deputy Chief Minister Kadiam Srihari, who was denied any cabinet post by the party, has also been maintaining distance from the party.
