Updating the media on the Mohammed Nayeemuddin encounter, Special Investigation Team chief Nagi Reddy stated that slain gangster was a master of disguises, and reportedly travelled in the garb of a woman among several other attires. He also used several aliases.
The SIT chief spoke to the media on Saturday after a meeting in the Rajendranagar police station. He said that he would soon release the photographs of Nayeem moving incognito.
Reddy said that Nayeemuddin was behind the disappearance of several people including Uday Kumar, Nasreen, Heena and Chiyan, but that no complaints were lodged.
Revealing more horrifying information, Reddy said that Nayeem used to use women and children as human shields during assaults.
The SIT chief added that the police had also arrested Nayeem's closest aides Madhu and Kumaraswamy, who were in possession of valuable information regarding Nayeem's assets. The cops have so far identified 20 houses all over the State belonging to Nayeemuddin, and will approach the courts seeking a search warrant.
