Chandrababu Naidu "Killed" NTR, 20 Others: Motkupalli

Expelled Telangana TDP leader Motkupalli Narasimhulu today said that he had never aspired for posts, and had remained a devotee of the late NTR who had founded the party.

He also said that there was no truth in the TDP chief and Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu's propaganda that he was criticizing the latter for not being given positions, and dared Naidu to prove that he (Motkupalli) had asked for positions, and to take a pledge on son Lokesh's name if it was true.

Motkupalli reiterated that Naidu was a betrayer who had "killed" NTR and snatched the TDP flag from the party founder.

"Not only me - NTR had also said that Naidu was a betrayer. Naidu joined the TDP after losing elections on a Congress ticket, and then backstabbed the TDP leader himself," he said.

"There was no person as unethical as you in politics. Your life is an address for corruption and cheating. You are a cruel person and tortured poor people like me a lot. 20 party leaders like Gali Muddukrishnama Naidu died of heartache due to there being no value for seniority. You inducted several more dacoits like yourself into the TDP. You transformed the TDP into a brothel house. Leaders like Gali and me still continued in the party despite all your atrocities, not for positions but for the sake of party," he said vilifying the TDP boss.

"I was with you during 2009-12 when nobody wanted to meet you. Did you forget the days that you said you had a life threat and asked me to protect you, and how I was there with you like a watch dog? Now you are not even taking my calls despite my trying a 100 times. I just asked why you didn't invite me to Mahanadu. Politics doesn't mean mingling only with your caste people," he said.

"You are also trying to make your son the Chief Minister now. Doesn't the TDP belong to NTR's sons? You tried to dethrone the KCR government and to make Revanth Reddy the Chief Minister of Telangana, but were caught like a dacoit in the operation. You left Hyderabad forgoing the 10-year rights. Now you are enacting dramas in Amaravathi saying that you met Prime Minister Narendra Modi 29 times for the state and the capital. The truth is that you met Modi only to request the latter to protect you from KCR, and not for the sake of special status to Andhra Pradesh," he added.

"The party lost its image due to your conspiracy using Revanth Reddy. You didn't control Revanth Reddy even after the episode, and sent him to the Congress to see that no criticism comes from the Congress. Would you say that the voice in the audio tape does not belong to you?" he sought to know.

He further said, "Naidu's policy is anti-poor. I am requesting the people of Andhra Pradesh not to cast their vote for him. Naidu, who earned crores of rupees illegally, has already sent Rs. 25 crores each to every constituency for the 2019 elections. No other politician spends money in elections like Naidu does."

"The people have to defeat this dacoit this time. I will pray Venkateswara Swamy to destroy Naidu. I will go to Tirumala on my knees. I won't bother even if I lose my life on the Tirumala steps - my only wish is that God listen to my prayer. There is a need to bury Chandrababu Naidu, who is destroying the NTR's aims," he closed off.
