Modern Hyderabad, My Brainchild: Chandrababu Naidu

Continuing his campaigning in Hyderabad for the GHMC elections for the second day, AP Chief Minister and TDP president Chandrababu Naidu today reiterated that Hyderabad was developed during the time that his Party ruled.

Addressing an election meeting at Begumpet, Naidu, accompanied by union minister Bandaru Dattatreya and TDP leaders, said that before TDP the came to power, there were just a few hospitals and colleges in the city. It was the TDP government that constructed all the flyovers and an international airport with modern facilities, he claimed.

"We also provided employment to one lakh youth in the software sector," the TDP chief said, and alleged that the Congress and TRS governments had not taken up any developmental works during their subsequent regimes.

Drumming up support for the TDP-BJP alliance candidates in the GHMC elections, Naidu asked the people to vote for them due to the credibility and sincerity of the alliance. He asked the people to show the same zeal as in the last Assembly elections.

He also asked them to teach a lesson to the defectors.

Besides Dattatreya, TDP leaders L Ramana, Errabelli Dayakar Rao, Revanth Reddy and others also participated in the election rallies.

Naidu will participate in the election campaigning in various localities including Secunderabad, Uppal, the Musheerabad crossroads, Kavadiguda, Chilkalguda, Habsiguda and the Nagole crossroads in seven Assembly constituencies under the GHMC limits.
