MLAs Poaching Case: Security Enhanced For 4 TRS MLAs

Amid the intensifying row over the alleged failed conspiracy by three BJP agents to poach four MLAs of the ruling TRS, the State government on Friday increased the security of the four legislators - Pilot Rohit Reddy, Guvvala Bala Raju, B Harshavardhan Reddy and Rega Kantha Rao.

The MLAs were provided with bulletproof vehicles, and 4+4 security personnel at their quarters as well as their residences.

On October 27, the Cyberabad police had registered a case on the complaint of Pilot Rohit Reddy, who claimed that the three accused - Ramachandra Bharati, Nandakumar and Simhayaji - had come to the farmhouse as part of the deal and pressured them to join the BJP.
