The Hyderabad High Court today slammed the Telangana government while dealing with the petitions filed by expelled Congress MLAs Komatireddy Venkat Reddy and S A Sampath Kumar.
Finding fault with the TRS government for not filing a counter yet, the court again directed the Telangana government to file a counter, on or before April 6.
The court also made it clear that it would hear the arguments from April 9.
It may be mentioned here that Reddy and Kumar had filed a case in the High Court challenging their expulsion from the Legislative Assembly. They alleged in their petition that the Speaker didn't follow natural justice while expelling them from the House.
