The blaze erupted in a clothing showroom within the mall and rapidly spread to other parts of the building, producing thick black smoke visible from a distance.
Firefighters and emergency response teams from nearby fire stations, along with Disaster Response Force personnel and the local police, rushed to the scene and worked to control the fire.
Four individuals who were inside the building at the time were safely evacuated by rescue teams, and no casualties or injuries have been reported in the incident.
The blaze caused significant traffic congestion in the area, prompting the police to divert vehicles and clear the route to facilitate the firefighting operations.
Jubilee Hills MLA Vallala Naveen Yadav, who visited the site, confirmed that those inside the mall at the time escaped without harm.
